dogIDs Awarded Google Trusted Stores BadgedogIDs is excited to announce that it was recently selected to join the Google Trusted Stores program! To help shoppers identify online merchants that offer a great shopping experience, the Google Trusted Store badge is awarded to e-commerce sites that demonstrate a track record of on-time shipping and excellent customer service.

When visiting the dogIDs website, shoppers can hover over the Google Trusted Store badge and see metrics on the store’s shipping and customer service performance. dogIDs currently has a 100 percent rating for customer service and 98 percent rating for on-time shipping.

“We strive to provide ‘Only the Best for Man’s Best Friend,’” said Clint Howitz, dogIDs President and CEO. “In order to do this, we can’t compromise on customer experience, order fulfillment or customer service if we want our customers to believe in our products.”

As an added benefit, when shoppers make a purchase at a Google Trusted Store, they have the option to select free purchase protection from Google. Then in the unlikely event of an issue with their purchase, they can request Google’s help, and Google will work with dogIDs and the customer to address the issue. As part of this, Google offers up to $1,000 lifetime purchase protection for eligible purchases.

Google Trusted Stores protection is entirely free for online shoppers. The program signifies that customers will receive their orders on time, and if there is any issues along the way, dogIDs customer service will be there to help.

THANK YOU to all our loyal shoppers, whether you’ve been with us since 2005 or just recently made your first dogIDs purchase. You are the reason we are able to provide the highest quality products for man’s best friend! dogIDs is happy to offer the best service possible, and strives to ensure that each customer receives a positive experience when visiting and ordering from our site.
