QUESTION: This probably sounds crazy ...I have the 6' braided dog walker leash and I can't seem to figure out how to get it on my dog...I threw out the instructions when I got it because he was too small for such a heavy leash ...didn't think it would be so hard for me to figure out...Please help with step bt step instructions. STAFF ANSWER: The collar does not go all the way around the neck. It should go underneath from ear to ear, then push the tab down to adjust. Chuck B-Staff by Chuck B 4/29/2011

ANSWER: Look at the picture of the leash. There are 4 closed shapes visible. the one on the left is the handle of the leash, the second from the left is just the leash looped on top of itself. the two on the right are for the dog's head. the far right one shaped like a D that fell over is where the dog's head goes.
You slide the leather tab up and down to allow for more or less slack to slide it over the dog's head and then tighten it down around your dog's neck.
The flat braided part with the brass rings affixed on each end goes on the bottom part of the dog's neck.
The adjustment part is looped between the two brass rings and form the top part of the leash.
Once you get his head through you should slide down the leather flap to tighten the top part of the leash.
this would be easier to explain if i could post a photo by Carolyn B 4/27/2011
