Three Scoops of Vanilla was founded by Erin a couple of years ago as a way to combine her passions: animal rescue and making jewelry; to date she has donated to over 30 charities. Three Scoops of Vanilla was named after her three yellow labs which inspired her to work with the animals rescues. A member of the local Labrador Club in Denver, she spends much of her time both showing her dogs and doing some basic fieldwork. She grew up in Colorado and enjoys naming her finished jewelry pieces after some of the towns in her beautiful state. Erin and her husband Eric currently reside just outside of Boulder with their three labs and her horse, Marley. One of her favorite things to do is travel the state and finding little tucked away bead shops and buying some one of a kind pieces. Always on the look out for fun beads, Erin buys many pieces here and there and then puts them all together to make one spectacular piece that someone is proud to wear!
