QUESTION: My dog's collar size is right between the medium and large her neck circumference and collar length is 15". What size do you recommend we order We'd like her name embroidered on it. by Kasey K 3/3/2012
STAFF ANSWER: I would recommend the size large. Also when you place your order put the neck size in the comment box for the sewing staff. Please use our sizing instructions on the website for measurement. Chuck B. Staff by Chuck B 3/16/2012
QUESTION: How easy is it to loosen or tighten the collar And when you make that change, how well does it stay where you put it? by Christopher S 11/10/2011
ANSWER: It's very simple to adjust and you don't have to keep tightening once you've put it where you want it. by Alexis M 11/13/2011
ANSWER: I have ordered 2 of these collars I like them because when you do adjust the collar, it stays in place. I have had other collars that slide as soon as you adjust them. I have never had that issue with this collar. However, here are the issues I did experience - the first collar that I got from Mimi-Green the buckle broke after exactly 1 year of use. I ordered another one to replace it. When I received it, the embroidery was RIGHT next to the tag on the collar but that is how it is shown in the picture it was not centered and makes it look funny. Also, the way the stitching was done, it looks like the first letter of the name is a J instead of a T which obviously, changes the name entirely. We are going to have it fixed locally instead of sending it back. You might want to specify placement of the embroidered name on the collar and uppercase vs. lowercase letters if they allow that. I will say, we always got comments on the collar it is really cute. by Pamela D 11/10/2011

ANSWER: the adjusting seems easy and works great. the only issue i have is they always use white thread and on my lime green collar the name & number are hard to read. i would go dark on collar/thread. by Susan H 11/10/2011
