The pink, blue and red versions also have a tough epoxy dome over the front of the tag to protect our enamel painted dogIDs Signature Paw. We have good reason to call these tags tough! The dogIDs Tough Paw Tags are not only fun and colorful, but can be laser engraved with up to four lines of personalization with 15 characters per line. Carlos A: I personally believe there's plenty of space/room for relevant information. The font/type is Arial 12. I believe that a my dog's name, my name, phone number, and my zip code are enough. I guess I don't feel comfortable making so much personal contact information (e.g. my home address) available to anybody. If my dog ever gets lost, hopefully someone will call me and I will move heaven and earth to go retrieve him wherever he is.

Janet C: We chose the smaller 7/8 inch size for our Westie. We always put her name and our last name on the name line. Personally, I love the font size and ruggedness of the tag. I am legally blind and even I can read the tag clearly.

Pat W: Dogid's will engrave tags on both sides. I have the reverse side with a name and phone number of a friend, just in case I would not be home. Mar 4, 2013
