Kimberly G:Yes think most dogs have smaller back paws than the front. Most companies sell dog boots in sets of 4. I remember seeing a couple of places that only sold them in sets of 2. Think 1 company that sells them single. Do a general search online and you should find them. I feel it is best to have a softer material than these were. These were stiff and did not seem to have any give. If you purchased 2 pair in different sizes you would have 2 sets of boots. I stand over top my dog with her in between my legs to put the front ones on. You can find several videos online. I did a general search and found several. They not only explain but actually show you how to put them on your dog. I found it helped me out when trying to put boots on my dog. Unfortunately I have tried about 4 different kind and none seemed to fit well enough to stay on any length of time. I decided to make my own after finding a video. These do stay on a little longer but get soaking wet from the snow :(. It is frustrating. Good luck and I hope you find something that works.Feb 8, 2014
Worked very well for my geriatric German Shepard. He has a stiff rear knee joint that caused him to drag a foot and wear through his claws. He still loves to fetch and take long walks, so these boots have enabled him to still be as active as possible. He acts like the boots are comfortable, and they stay on very well. The construction quality of the boots seems very high, especially when the price was lower than many others on the market.
Nothing in the first month of use.

If you have long haired dogs they don't work. I have Afghan Hounds and looking at the pictures it looks like there is more cuff on the boot than what there actually is.

Made very well
I liked the boots, but for rear paws, they should come up over the hocks more. these just went on the foot and came right off. I didn't even try the front feet, because the main reason I bought is traction for my pup's rear feet, which slip a lot due to injury.
