Superior quality product!
I'd prefer if the 'personalization' field on the website were more user-friendly; I'm used to filling in separate/discrete boxes for each character, so there is no confusion as to where spaces or other punctuation should go. I'd suggest placing your order by phone (assume you'd be talking to a live person) vs online.
