R. M: Price, round design has no sharp edges, have bought here before and quality of engraving is good and durable. Bought large rather than small to fit larger dog and for ease in reading.Oct 23, 2011
K A: This was my dog's first tag. It was too big but that was my fault and it was adorable when it nearly dragged on the ground. Quality was great and I received it quickly.Oct 8, 2010
Unmbar asked:Do you know the approximate weight of the nickel plated id tags, compared to the stainless steel ones? I have a 12lb Chihuahua and and a 12lb cat, they have cheap aluminum ones now that are too small and need to be replaced. How much 'shiner' are the nickel plated ones? If it is much heavier then I should probably stick with the stainless steel. Also what are the comparative weights of the brass tags and the gold plated tags? Thanks!Sep 13, 2012
Chuck BStaff:This tag comes in two sizes. I would recommend the small size (nickel or gold) .2 oz or 6 grams, 1 inch diameter. The nickel is more shiney and reflective and slightly heavier than our stainless steel tags. The stainless steel tag is 5 grams for the small 1 inch tags. regards,
Unmbar:
Chuck, I went with the small round and the heart, and unfortunately both feel much heavier than I thought! (although they are beautiful!) Since my animals are so small 12lbs each I feel these are not good options for them although the look is very sharp. I'm going to have to stick with the 'featherweight' aluminum tags for my pets, as I don't want the tag to be too heavy on them! Thanks for your info though, and I contact customer service asking about your return policy. But yes they are gorgeous tags if you have a medium or large size dog in my opinion, but not for toy breeds or for cats.

Dawn P:The nickel plated tags are keeping their shine. I bought several dog tags a the pet stores and they were too thin or got stracted up. I have a 10 lb poodle and the tag is not heavy for her. Get this tag and you won't be disappointed.Oct 18, 2012
Chuck BStaff:If the tags are identical, you can enter the quantity 3 on the last field. If each tag is different, do each tag separately, and the system will calculate the quantity break discount as they are added to the shopping cart. Chuck B. StaffOct 26, 2011
