You should choose the 18" collar, as the sizing is based on the size of the dog's neck. That way the collar will buckle on the middle hole and the nameplate will sit in the right spot. You can either go with the 3/4" width or 1" width, depending the girth of your dog's neck.

If your dog's neck measurement is 18 inches with sewing tape or string, I would recommend size 18. There are 5 holes in the strap, so the collar will fit from 16-20 inch neck size. Chuck B. Staff
