We will send out a replacement tag for the one where some of the nickel has flaked off. Not sure why this happened and we haven't heard any other customers complain of this before but we would like to examine the tag and we want you to be happy with the tags you purchased as well. Please email or call us to let you know which tag needs to be replaced.
