A M: Definitely your pet's name and a contact phone number. If there is room (like engraving both sides) - owner's name and location could be helpful. If your pet has a locator chip implanted it might be useful to make a note of that. Not all of this information will fit on one small tag, obviously - so it's important to prioritize and provide enough information to allow a lost animal to be reunited with it's owner. Feb 25, 2011
