Our primary delivery methods are US Postal Service, FedEx and UPS. Most orders are shipped the next business day unless otherwise noted, depending on our production schedule and vendor inventories. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification from us with your tracking number/s. You can then go to the USPS, FedEx or UPS order tracking web page (link at bottom of page) to track your order. The order tracking webpage links and various shipping method details are listed below.

Please note that we engrave and ship all Dog ID Tags directly from our office unless otherwise indicated in the product description. Some products ordered from dogIDs.com, including custom designer/artisan dog ID tags, are shipped directly from the corresponding artist/manufacturer. If you order engraved dog ID tags as well as other products from our store, you may receive separate shipments - from dogIDs.com and the associated manufacturer/s.

USA Orders:
Standard, Priority and Express shipping options are offered for orders from the United States, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. The shipping rates for these locations are listed in the table below.

*Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized items such as beds, furniture, kennels, etc. shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and other USA territories. These additional charges are calculated after order submittal once we receive quotes from the freight companies we work with. We will contact you with the details in these situations before completing your order.

USA Standard 5-10 Business Days:
Most standard delivery orders will be delivered to you within 5-10 business days, depending on our production schedule, vendor inventories and your location.

USA Priority 3-5 Business Days:
Your order will be delivered to you in 3-5 business days depending on your location.

USA Express 1-3 Business Days:
Your order will be delivered to you in 1-3 business days depending on your location.

Canada:
Our Canadian customers have the option of using International Checkout or our standard "Canada 5-10 business days" (only recommended for shipments under 10 pounds). We encourage our Canadian customers to place orders via International Checkout, especially for orders over 10 pounds. Utilizing International Checkout ensures us that our Canadian customers have a hassle free order process. All customs paperwork, duties, taxes, fees, etc. are properly handled by the expertise of International Checkout. This prevents any surprise customs fees or complications when you receive your order.

dogIDs.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Do I need to use International Checkout for Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses?
No, you can use dogIDs.com if you're shipping anywhere in the United States including Puerto Rico, and all APO & FPO addresses. If we are shipping your order to Puerto Rico or an APO / FPO address your order will be charged based on our U.S. Mail rates.
