If you’re looking for the perfect dog training leash that is durable and looks great, the Mendota Twist Series Braided Slip Lead is just what you need. This dog leash is essential for training. It provides added control when you need it most.
The way this training lead works is fairly simple. When your dog pulls, the loop will tighten. The loop will loosen more comfortably around their neck when your pooch heeds your correction, but don’t worry, it won’t ever hurt your best bud. And with five fun patterns, you and your dog can train in style.
The Ultimate Durability
Mendota leashes are known for their high quality and incredible craftsmanship. Made of durable, braided, polypropylene roping, these dog leashes will always stand up against the elements (and tough chewers). Better yet, the material is colorfast and mold and mildew resistant, all while remaining soft and pliable in your hands.

Easy to use and convenient in the fact that it offers two products in one. Purchased Mendota braided products in the past - the Mendota Braided Snap Leash and Slip Collar - 2 each. Satisfaction with those products brought me back - just decided to try an all-in-one style. Great quality, comfort and nice colors!

Proud dog owner/rescuer
well made and easy to use. I carry mine in my car in case I see a stray dog.
I ordred a 4' leash. I had not considered that the length was part of the lead that goes around the dog's neck. Perhaps a notation when ordering would be helpful.
