We are looking for a problem-solver with strong communication skills to join our team. This role will serve both our customer service and production departments by providing phone, email & chat support to our customers and assisting in the fulfillment of customer orders.
Engage with dogIDs customers on phone calls, chats & emails
Become an expert in the dogIDs product line & catalog to provide the best solution for each customer
Diffuse unhappy customers and go above and beyond to “Wow” them
Organize and process customer returns & exchanges
Assist Customer Service Lead with other responsibilities, such as review moderation, vendor relations & other duties as assigned
Review every order for accuracy and catch any errors before shipping
Ship & package customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor inventory of shipping supplies and notify production manager when restocking is needed
Commit to a safe environment, adhering to dogIDs and OSHA safety standards
Assist production manager with other duties as time allows including laser engraving, stocking, riveting and other duties as assigned
Has a high school degree or equivalent
Has 1-2 years of customer service experience
Is a strong communicator and is comfortable talking on the phone with customers, no matter the situation
Is adaptable, organized and enjoys learning
Has strong typing skills and is proficient with computer software including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Email, etc.
Works well within a casual team setting and focuses on the customer’s needs
We’re looking for a full time employee to work 40 hours per week between the customer service and production department during our core hours of 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
Pay starts at $12/hour, DOE.

Seeking a talented student who is eager to contribute to our merchandising & marketing departments. They will work with our Director of Merchandising to build product pages, help develop new products & assist in SEO optimization projects.
They will also assist the marketing manager with various tasks including social media strategy & content and blog-writing as well as (Search Engine Optimization) SEO research.
Hours: 15-250 hours per week between the hours of 9:00AM – 5:00 PM Mon-Fri
Duration: September 2018 - December 2018
Credits: May be taken for credit if student prefers. dogIDs will not cover tuition but will assist in all required paperwork.
