If you notice a mistake, please contact us right away! We allow changes within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, the crafting process has usually begun in our workshop, and order change fees may apply.

Because each item is custom-crafted for your pup in our USA workshop, we typically require 1-5 business days for production. If you need your gear quickly, you can select an expedited shipping method at checkout to reduce transit time.

Solid brass does not rust, but it will naturally patina (tarnish) when exposed to air and moisture. Many people love this antique look! If you prefer it to be as shiny as possible, you can easily restore it using a generic brass cleaner or a simple mixture of lemon juice and baking soda.

While we guarantee our laser engraving for life, our guarantee does not cover damage from chewing. However, we know accidents happen! If your dog chews their laser engraved nameplate or collar, reach out to our customer service team—we often offer a discount on a replacement.
