Describes 4 lines of Text, only provides for 3 lines to be filled in. My last order allowed 4 lines. What's going on?

BEST ANSWER: We have combined the bone tag pages so that all sizes are on the same page. The small bones cannot fit 4 lines, so we have made it the same for all sizes. However, if you are ordering a large bone tag and would like to put 4 lines on it, just put a note in the order notes with what you'd like on the 4th line and our engrave will take care of it for you.
Are these tags actually engraved? In the past I have tags that look exactly the same but the info wears away.

BEST ANSWER: Yes, we laser engrave the text into the tags. It ends up as as dark brown color where the laser has been. It should last for the lifetime of the dog. We guarantee it.

BEST ANSWER: Hello,

If you choose 2 sided for the tag, you can engrave on both the front and back. You can do up to 3 lines on either side, but if you only do 1 or 2 lines, we will center it and make it as big as possible for you.

I have a dog with white fur. Apparently the brass will rub on my white dog's fur, but gold rubs off against other tags. Should I just get a different tag or try this one?

BEST ANSWER: If you keep the brass tag clean and polished it should not color your dog's fur. You can also put a layer of clear nail polish over a brass tag to keep it from tarnishing.

I liked the styling looks and the amount of engraving you get with this id tag purchase;the other sports id pet tags may not allow you to have as much.
it was much smaller than it appears online;a sports fan dog bone tag would be better and larger than this one. but you wouldn't get as much engraving power with a sports tag.

i ordered this tag because my dog was mircochip but somehow it moved from the back of her neck to the left side of her body so i had a bone tag made saying that so if she ever got lost they would know where to read it,it came out great as always a good job done.they did it my way.

Nice tag. It quickly catches the eye. Mine has my cell phone number on it and the Home Alone number too. It is a worthwhile investment to protect my pure bred English Springer Spaniel.
