At dogIDs, we work hard to only offer products that are built to last and want you to have the best experience possible with the products you receive from us. Contact us at any time if you are not 100% happy with your purchase and we will work to make it right.
Some of our personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned evenly because of the way it has been personalized. Depending on the product, there may be a resizing or remake fee to get a different style or size. Therefore, we like to set up exchanges and returns on a case by case basis so that we can give you the best option for your situation.
We ask that you contact us before sending the product back, as not all of the products come from the same location.
In order for us to customize your return or exchange experience, please complete the form below or contact our customer service team.
Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll set you up for an exchange, resizing or in some cases, remake. Please submit the above form with more information so that we can determine the best exchange option for the item you ordered. If exchanging due to size, item must be in new, re-sellable condition.
Need to return an item? Fill out the form above or contact us and we will get you your return authorization or information for the next steps. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
Once your item is returned, we will issue a refund for the cost of that item. The refund will be issued onto the payment method used for the order as soon as we process the return. We will also email you a return confirmation email for your records.
Please note, our credit card processor will only allow us to submit refunds for purchases made within 60 days of the refund. If you are returning an item purchased outside of that timeframe, we may have to issue you a refund check.
