Returns and Exchanges

dogIDs Return and Exchange Policy

At dogIDs, we work hard to only offer products that are built to last and want you to have the best experience possible with the products you receive from us. Contact us using the form below if you are not 100% happy with your purchase and we will work to make it right. All returns and exchanges must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.

Some of our personalized products (embroidered, engraved collars, tags, etc.) cannot be exchanged or returned evenly because of the way it has been personalized. Therefore, we like to set up exchanges and returns on a case by case basis so that we can give you the best option for your situation. A return or exchange may incur a restocking fee based on the item(s) being sent back.

*Please contact us before sending the product back, as not all of the products come from the same location.

*The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to dogIDs.

Exchanges:

Need a different size or color? We can work with you to set up an exchange, resizing or in some cases, remake. If exchanging due to size, item must be in new, re-sellable condition. A restocking fee may be invoiced once the item has been returned to our warehouse.

Returns:

Returned items must also be in re-sellable condition for a full refund. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us unless the return is due to our error. 

Once your item is returned, we will issue a refund for the cost of that item, with any applicable restocking fee being deducted from the refund. The refund will be issued onto the payment method used for the order as soon as we process the return. 

Please note, our credit card processor will only allow us to submit refunds for purchases made within 60 days. If you are returning an item purchased outside of that timeframe, we may have to issue you store credit.

To request a return or exchange, please fill out the contact form with your name, email address, order number (if you have it) and specific details about why you need to exchange or return your item.
