We Want Your Dog to Look (and Fit) Perfect
Did you order the wrong size? Is the color not quite what you expected? Don’t worry—it happens to the best of us!
At dogIDs, every collar and tag is custom-made to order specifically for your dog. Because of this high level of personalization, we can’t simply restock returned items like a standard big-box store. However, we promise not to leave you stuck with gear that doesn’t fit.
We review every return request personally to find the fairest solution for you. Here is how it works:
- The "Oops" Policy (Wrong Size/Color): If you need a different size or color, we will work with you to resize or remake your item. Since we cannot reuse personalized nameplates, we may ask for a small material fee (typically just $5–$15) to cover the cost of the new materials, labor and packaging.
- The Quality Promise: If your item arrived defective, or if we made a mistake on the engraving or embroidery, we will replace it 100% for free. No questions asked.
