At dogIDs, we work hard to only offer products that are built to last and want you to have the best experience possible with the products you receive from us. Return anything purchased from us at any time if you are not 100% happy with it. Just contact our customer service team if you are ever unhappy with one of our products and we'll work with you to make it right!
Need to return an item? Contact our customer service department and we'll get you the return authorization information you need to send the product back. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. Once we receive it, your credit card will be credited the original purchase price, plus sales tax if applicable. We will also email you a credit confirmation email for your records. We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.
Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll send you the exchange instructions. If exchanging due to size, collar must be in new, re-sellable condition. We do not charge restocking fees for product exchanges.

At dogIDs, we use a high power laser to engrave our tags which actually vaporizes and removes the metal so it is actually engraving instead of marking or laser bonding. This allows us to engrave deeply into the metal with pristine detail and a nice contrasting engrave color...Excellent looks with a true engrave that will NEVER wear off of your dog's tag. Laser engraved dogIDs tags, collars, and leashes are guaranteed for the life of your pet. If the tag becomes unreadable, contact us to get a replacement. If your order arrives with incorrect engraving and we are at fault, we will also replace the item.
Our primary delivery method is US Postal Service for tags, collars and other smaller items. FedEx and UPS are used for larger items. Orders will ship based on their estimated production times, which are listed on the product pages.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with your tracking information. You can then follow the tracking link in your email to the USPS, FedEx or UPS order tracking web page to check on the status of your shipment. We guarantee delivery of our orders, so if your package is misplaced or lost in transit, we will remake and reship your order to you.
Please note that orders with multiple items may result in multiple shipments as not all products ship from the same warehouse. If your order is shipped from various warehouses, you will receive email notifications and tracking information for each shipment. You will not be charged extra for multiple shipments.
Items with heavy weights or large dimensions are considered oversized. This applies to most beds, elevated dog bowls, dog crates, dog gates and dog doors. Orders with oversized items in them will be charged the Oversized Flat Rate shipping cost, also included in the table below.
Shipping Within the USA:
Standard, Priority and Express shipping options are available for orders from the United States, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands as well as APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. The shipping rates for these locations are listed in the table below.
USA Standard: Orders will be delivered to you within 3-6 business days after the shipment date, depending on the production time, vendor inventories and your location.
USA Priority: Orders will be delivered to you within 2-4 business days after the shipment date, depending on the production time, vendor inventories and your location.
USA Express 1-3: Orders will be delivered to you within 1-3 business days after the shipment date, depending on the production time, vendor inventories and your location.

Shipping to Canada:
We welcome orders from our Canadian customers. Orders will be shipped via US Postal Service, Fed Ex or UPS depending on the item. All prices are in US dollars and reflect the cost of timely, reliable international shipping. Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties that are applied on their purchase. Rates for shipping to Canada are in the chart below.
Canada Standard: Orders will be delivered to you within 7-14 business days after the shipment date depending on the production time, vendor inventories and your location.
Canada Priority: Orders will be delivered to you within 5-10 business days after the shipment date depending on the production time, vendor inventories and your location.
Canada Express: Orders will be delivered with 3-5 business days after the shipment date depending on the production time, vendor inventories and your location.

International Shipping: dogIDs partners with global logisitics company, GlobalShopEx in order to provide shopping options for our international customers. We define international customers as those that are shipping outside of the US, US territories and Canada.
If you are an international shopper, you will be asked to specify the country you are shipping to so that we may customize your shopping experience. All of the products in the Ships Worldwide category, which you will be directed to, are available for international shipping. This includes many of our dog ID tags, personalized collars and leashes. If a product is not available for international purchase, the produdct page will note that limitation.
After international shoppers have filled their shopping cart, they will then be taken to GlobalShopEx's checkout where price will be converted and payment options for their country will be available. The shipping and handling rates, which include taxes and duties, will be calculated at this time and charged at the time of purchase. We will process your order and then pass along to GlobalShopEx for delivery.
